The products are normally shipped by courier:
- SDA or GLS for Italy
- SDA or MAIL BOXES or DHL for Foreign Countries
A parcel tracking service is available for shippers. The courier delivers from Monday to Friday, both in the morning and in the afternoon. The recipient cannot request delivery on specific days or times. In case of absence of the recipient, the courier will leave a notice of passage, through a label affixed to the domicile. The delivery will be attempted twice: then, if not successful, the courier will try to contact the recipient. During the order it is therefore important to indicate a correct telephone number (landline or mobile number), to facilitate the resolution of the delivery file. It is important to indicate a delivery address where there is someone who can collect the goods. In addition, it is important to always indicate the surname on the intercom. BLACK Srl will not be responsible for any malfunction in the delivery service by the courier.
The courier and/or BLACK will notify the customer by e-mail about the status of the shipment. The service is automatically activated if the e-mail address field is filled in correctly. If a destination country does not appear among those listed, it means that the delivery of the products in that country is not currently expected. Since BLACK Srl is considering extending the list of countries in which to ship, we recommend that you contact us at email@example.com
Shipping costs can be calculated at the time of purchase through the appropriate function
Italy: delivery takes place within 24-48 hours from the date of shipment. Any delays in delivery may be caused by the temporary unavailability of the products, dysfunctions in service by the courier, causes of force majeure or in case of holidays. In case of purchase with postepay or bank transfer, please send evidence of payment by email to info@blackit..it Abroad: delivery varies depending on the country of residence of the customer. Normally delivery takes 5 - 10 working days.
Custom Duties and Taxes
In the event of shipment to a country outside of the European Union, the goods may be subject to custom duties and any sales taxes. Any additional charges relating to customs clearance shall be borne exclusively by the consignee. In case of refusal of the goods by the customer or non-delivery for other reasons (e.g. wrong address and/or telephone number of the consignee, repeated absence of the consignee, etc..) the amount will be retained to cover the following expenses: shipment of goods + return of goods + customs for return and charged to the consignee.
The price of the goods will be refunded instead.
Customs duties and any taxes vary according to the country of destination and are applied upon arrival of the goods in the country itself.
